My Background

Lisa Farley

Prior to becoming a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Yoga Instructor, Lisa spent 12+ years in sales and marketing at technology companies in the financial services industry including Accenture, Siebel Systems, and Thomson Reuters before pursuing her passion in health & wellness.  She was a fitness instructor and personal trainer in college and went on to attend the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where she was trained in holistic nutrition education to coach clients around making food choices that are best suited for them in addition to all aspects of health and well-being from stress management, sleep, resiliency, and movement. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition and well-being and she studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods including completing The Science of Well-Being at Yale University. In addition, Lisa completed the Pure Yoga 200-Hr Teacher Training program at Equinox.  Drawing on this knowledge, she will help you create a completely personalized “roadmap to health” that suits your unique organization and individual body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals.


My Approach

Lisa and Flurish Wellness provide Onsite and Virtual Wellness Programs & Services to help companies and individuals take the actionable steps to improve health, happiness and well-being.  At Flurish Wellness we focus on 5 Pillars of Health & Wellness:  Stress Management, Sleep, Resiliency, Healthy Eating, and Movement.  We have found that an employee & individual wellness strategy focused on incorporating a series of educational Wellness Workshops, Classes & Coaching Sessions delivered in person or virtually provide results of increasing employee & individual health, well-being, and morale.
