Lisa and Flurish Wellness design programs and classes based on the unique needs of the organization and individual addressing specific goals. The different elements of yoga, including the physical, mental, and breath-work all tie together to help empower the drive and outcome towards health and wellness. Lisa and Flurish Wellness will modify instruction for a broad range of considerations that include strength conditioning, stretching, mindfulness meditation for holistic mind/body connection.  

 

Lisa and Flurish Wellness offer a range of practices from slow and meditative to energizing and active. We get to know your staff and individual needs to find out the type of practice most needed. Yoga & mindfulness meditation provide the benefits of relaxation for stress management and the movement to increase fitness levels and alleviate the tension brought on by sitting in front of a computer for hours every day.
