Lisa and Flurish Wellness provide Onsite & Virtual Healthy Eating & Cooking Nutrition Classes, Workshops, Stations, & Socials for Individuals, Groups, and Organizations.  Participants will enjoy delicious nutritious recipes made with fresh quality ingredients by a Nutrition Coach in a formal class setting or a casual event where individuals can stop by to sample and learn how to make healthy food dishes.  


Learn how to make delicious and highly nutritious smoothies, salads, main dishes, and snacks.  Whether you’ve never made a smoothie or cooked before and need step-by-step instructions, or you want to take your healthy cooking skills to the next level, everything you need to know is outlined in the workshop or at the station by the nutrition coach.


We’ve made thousands of delicious recipes over the years and have turned it into a culinary art form. The good news is anybody can learn how to cook and prepare healthy food at home. Once you get the basics down, you’ll be creating delicious dishes, meals, and snacks like a master in no time.
